1. Cancellations and Refunds
 
1.1. JNM Innovations typically does not entertain cancellation and refund requests for services, except under extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, refunds will not be automatic but will be considered in consultation with you, with the intention of rescheduling the consultation within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe.
 
1.2. Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstance:
 
•The client has proactively canceled or rescheduled the consultation, providing a minimum notice of 48 hours before the scheduled time.
 
1.3. In the rare event that a consultation needs to be canceled or rescheduled by JNM Innovations, we will make every effort to provide you with advance notice. You will then have the option to reschedule the consultation or request a refund.
 
2. Rescheduling/Updating
 
2.1. Clients are granted the flexibility to reschedule consultations up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Once a cancellation and refund have been processed, rescheduling will not be permitted.
 
2.2. When rescheduling a consultation, you may choose a different date and time with the same consultant or opt for a different consultant, subject to availability.
 
2.3. Any additional charges or fees incurred during the rescheduled consultation will be either collected or refunded, as applicable.
 
3. Refunds
 
3.1. Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, JNM Innovations will initiate the refund using the same payment method employed for the original transaction.
 
3.2. Generally, refunds will be processed within 14 to 21 working days from the date the refund is initiated at our end.
 
3.3. Please note that any delays in crediting the refunded amount to your credit card account or bank account are beyond our control and may be attributed to factors such as the Payment Gateway or your issuing bank.
 
3.4. To assist with communication with your bank or financial institution, we will provide you with a refund reference number.
 
3.5. Kindly be aware that no refunds or cancellation requests will be entertained for payments made against consultations or services that have already been received.
 
3.6. It’s important to emphasize that under no circumstances will cash be refunded for any cancellations.
